Support did eventually fix the issue, so I’m glad it got resolved. That said, it took quite a while, and waiting around without much progress was frustrating.

I expected to wait a while or go back and forth a bunch, but support got back to me quickly and answered my question without turning it into a whole complicated thing. Really appreciated how easy it was.

The box showed up with a few dents, which wasn’t great, but luckily the product inside looked totally fine. For the price, I’d say it was still a good buy.
